“Ruby House” is our traditional tearooms. Built in
1940 as a private residence in Palmyra, a suburb of Perth, it was to be
demolished to make way for a new residence.
Realizing its potential, Sonia, one
of Abingdon Miniature Village owners, had the old house transported, and then
spent 2 years renovating & decorating inside & out to reflect its heritage
character & Old World charm.
Being a traditional tearoom the
menu is simple but far from plain. Morning & afternoon teas, Devonshire's &
light lunches are available.
Seating 62 indoors and a further
40 on the expansive veranda's and shaded courtyard, Ruby House also caters for
coaches and group booking. |
